David Bowie
Low (2017 Remaster)
Low (2017 Remaster)
Everybody knows that Bowie was a groundbreaking genius. Low, the first in his legendary "Berlin Trilogy", is groundbreaking defined. My favourite piece of "Low" trivia is that it was so polarising at NME HQ (aka the auld enemy), that they ran 2 reviews. One review bowed down in reverence, the other presented more of a bewildered analysis. All you really need to know is that is an essential piece of the Bowie puzzle. A record of two distinct halves with some Brian Eno collaboration that makes obvious the influence this record had over the next ten years or so of music. - Paul
